Welcome to the Aaron's-Cares Hotline

The Aaron's-Cares Hotline is another resource designed to help Aaron’s, BrandsMart, and Woodhaven Team Members report concerns regarding actual or suspected violations of the Code of Conduct or Company Policies and Procedures. Any information you submit through the Hotline will be kept in the strictest confidence possible. All reports and questions are promptly directed to the appropriate members of Human Resources or Compliance for review. If necessary, an investigation will be conducted.

We rely on our Team Members, customers, and business partners to help us uphold these practices. It is everyone’s responsibility to bring forward issues or concerns that they are aware of that may impact the company. If you suspect or are aware of behavior in violation of the Code or Policies and Procedures, we ask that you promptly report this information.

Non-Retaliation

The Aaron’s Company strictly prohibits unlawful retaliation against any Team Member who, in good faith, reports a policy violation, opposes a policy violation, participates in an investigation, or is associated with someone who engages in any of these activities. The Company does not tolerate retaliation against individuals for reporting complaints or unethical conduct in good faith to the Company’s Hotline
